SHIPPING METHOD

Tailored Pen Company uses USPS in most major markets. If you prefer to use another carrier please contact us prior to placing an order. If you would like additional insurance on your item, please discuss this prior to placing an order.

SHIPPING TIMES

In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. 

Custom order items will ship according to the queue times mentioned under the custom order section of our website. If you would like to confirm or request updates you can contact us at sales@tailoredpencompany.com.

All orders will be updated with a tracking number once the shipping label has been processed.
